  • BODY ASSESSMENT

Anthropometrics measurements to understand your starting point, and to monitor your progress in regular intervals. Postural assessment to identify muscular imbalances and prevent injuries.

  • STRUCTURED TRAINING PROGRAM

Stop doing random exercises and start training purposely. Regular updates and reports on what’s improving and what needs more attention.

  • TAILORED NUTRITION PLAN

Not a meal plan, they don’t work. Regular updates and reports according to measurements, control, and enjoy what you eat while enjoying seeing progress.
