Is a set of beliefs or way of thinking that determines your behavior and mental attitude.

Beliefs are powerful, but they're just something in your mind, and your mind CAN be changed.

To achieve and sustain most fitness goals, you need to eat healthily and exercise. To sustain these goals long term, you need to start training your brain and body at the same time.
